Needed to send a Birthday gift to someone in Australia , hadn’t done it before so was a little nervous doing it through a company I didn’t know …but needn’t have worried as it all went fine, great choice of gifts, not too expensive for postage , good tracking to let you know how the delivery was going etc & gifts Australia followed my instructions in case the person wasn’t at home .

The website Gifts Australia, is very easy to use. An extensive variety of wonderful gifts are offered, with something to suit everyone’s budget. The option to have your item ‘gift wrapped’ as well as card (offered choice) at a small extra cost are appreciated for those time poor. Consistent communication and tracking from dispatch to delivery is superb. Very pleased with my experience purchasing from Gifts Australia.
Was easy to order, lots of variety to choose from for a male/female combined gift. Delivery was made on the day requested. All in all a very good experience.
Excellent quality products in the hampers and beautifully presented. The general gifts were also excellent. Their packaging looked really classy as we shared the moment over Skype.
This was our first experience with Gifts Australia; we bought multiple hampers for family in NSW and WA. Delivery was expeditious and arrived on time. Good progress reports were provided. We will definitely be using them again as we were able to order while overseas.
Highly recommended from our experience this Christmas.

They shipped to the wrong address and then responded saying 'sometimes out system gets confused and overwrites the delivery address with the billing address but as per our refund policy that too bad and you have to pay for redelivery yourself'.
Terrible service - would absolutely never use again!

I brought my nephew a personalised wallet and keyring set, it came so fast and it was gorgeous, I couldn't be more happy with gifts Australia's services I will definitely be buying from them again, Very happy!!!

Good choice of products for every occasion. Easy placing an order and good communication. My item was delivered as arranged for my friends special birthday in Australia (I'm in the UK) so I was very pleased with the whole experience.
My only niggle was that I received a discount offer "when you place your first order" message just as I submitted my payment so I missed out on the discount, which was very disappointing.
